Second World War RAF Air Force Navigators Log Book 1942 – 44. An interesting item found at the bottom of one of my trunks of textiles – a 57 Squadron R. F navigator’s Log Book. Many pages with flying hours, and bomber attacks on Berlin and Hannover. The navigator – Hugh Boyd Crawford, trained at a base in Canada in 1942. The logbook is intact, with all pages present, but is somewaht battered and age-worn. This will be for someone with an interest in WWII and the history of the Royal Air Force. I sell antique and vintage textiles and ephemera – unique items that have history, and may show signs of this – it is part of their charm. I try to describe any obvious faults as truthfully as I can. However, as most of my items are 100 years old, they will often bear the traces of a previous life. See my other listings. For more great items!
