This is an original USAF NAA F-100 Super Sonic Sabre Jet Fighter Pilot’s Control Stick With Grip. The North American F-100 Super Sabre was the first American jet fighter that could go super sonic in level flight. The F-100 served from 1954 until the 1970’s. This stick is very good condition. The stick is ready to install in your F-100. The black grip has the hand rest edge broken off. That is a very common problem. This stick has been recently been repainted. This IS NOT a. Resin or hollow plastic copy! Attention Stick Grip Collectors! This is an ORIGINAL. Essex #9020010700-12 Pilots Control Stick Grip. McDonnell Douglas F-15A Eagle. Built in the 1970s. It is obviously in used condition as there are scuffs on the grip. All of the switches seem to function well. It is very similar to the Type B-8 grip but the B-8s have a 17-pin connector and this one has 37 pins. The other difference I notice between a Type B-8 Grip and this one is that the mid left thumb button is a larger black one instead of a smaller red one. It has black RTV around all of the switches which seems to be normal for these grips as others I have had also had it. I did not want to remove the RTV as I wanted to leave it in its original as removed condition. What you see in the photos is what you will be receiving. Essex Stick Grip # 9020010700-12. This is an original USN USAF A-7 Corsair II Pilot’s Control Stick Grip & Partial Column. This grip is made just for the A-7 as it has no lip on the lower side. The grip is in very good condition. The partial column is designed to bolt onto the rest of the column and is not damaged. It has a USN inspection sticker on it. All the buttons and trigger appear to work fine. This is an original Korean War North American F-86 Sabre Fighter Jet Pilot’s complete stick grip assembly. It is marked as from an F-86 Sabre Jet. The grip has the trigger and several buttons. All appear to work fine. This control stick is in very good condition. It is 26 x 9 x 3 inches. NAA stands for North American Aviation. The F-86 was the first successful fighter to take on the famous MIG-17 during the Korean War. With its 6 50 cal. Machine guns in the nose the F-86 was a mean fighting machine. The Sabre Jet ended the Korean War with a very high kill ratio against the MIG-17. Today the F-86 is a prized warbird and several still fly in civilian hands.
