Gannon Collections Series Nickel Silver Medallion. Mintage 1,500, struck in 1969. Combat planes that spans World War II to (1973). The obverse carries 3/4″ view of each classic while the reverse carries a “drawing board version of the plane from three angles. These coins are in handled condition and are definitely not near mint. I believe this is the whole set. I see other medals like this for sale individually don’t see the whole set though. Please contact me if you have any other questions. Vintage hard to find WWll US Army Twelfth 12th Air Force Silk Scarf. The scarf was made as part of a series that were made during WWII to show support for our forces. This scarf features planes, their names and the USAF insignia patch. In excellent condition with hand rolled hem, no damage noted except a very light tiny stain. A light steaming on the back side, could do wonders for this piece if you would want to display it hanging. A couple photos show the lines from my blinds sorry! The background is nice and white. WWII Air Force Museum Picture 23″ x 17″ Air War in the Pacifi. 7 War Birds from the legendary P40 War hawk, To the fast and agile Lightning or the B25 workhorse each planes is beautifully pictured and accurately described. Attributed to: Air Force History and Museum program. Ready to proudly display in your home!! I have searched the internet and can not find any comparable examples. Beside the captions and the air force museum there are no identifying marks on these pictures. That leads me to believe these were made for museum use. If anyone can identify these I will appreciate the information. These pictures show well and should be framed and enjoyed. They do have some signs of age and wear. Minor small wrinkles and creases. They were rolled together in 5 inch tube when I received them. They lay flat after unrolling because of weight of card stock. Use the pictures to determine the worth to you.
