In addition there is the oxygen mask assembly (MBU-5/P) in very nice condition and metal spec tag attached. Includes helmet bag with pilot’s name tag. Helmet is in good, used condition – ear pieces have some tears and the foam rubber filling is dry and brittle. Flight Jacket, Type MA-1, size large. Has Lt Col rank, name plate with command pilot wings. Coveralls, Flying, Men’s, Type CWU-1/P, size large regular w name tag and 4039 SW tag. Coveralls in good, used condition. Jacket, Men’s Field, Mil J-4883, Albert Turner & Co. Jacket has pilot name tag. Suit, Flying Man’s, Very Light Type K-2B. Size medium, regular w name tag and 4039 SW tag. Made by Mason & Hughes Inc. Dated Dec 19, 1960. Class 13, Type B-9. Size large, Rainier, Inc. Specification tag present and has pilot’s name tag. Very good, used condition. Aviator’s Kit Bag with pilot and 4039 SW name tags, very good condition. In addition to the equipment items, the lot includes the pilots DD 214, retirement order dated 1964, several special orders from the 4039 SW, and two portrait photos of him in uniform.
