Ww2 RAF Lancaster R1155A Radio. Nice R1155A radio as fitted to most heavy bomber aircraft during ww2. Most famously used in the Lancaster bomber. This example is aesthetically very nice and complete, case with no major damage and retaining a good amount of paint. All dials, knobs and switches are present and they all turn freely. On the interior it looks unmolested but there is 3 valves missing that can be replaced easily. Overall a nice radio, very popular with radio enthusiasts to get working. They make very nice displays pieces and would make a fantastic display in a ww2 RAF museum display or collection.
