This is a USAF surplus harness and has had some of the buckles removed by the government(DEMIL). Great for costuming or decor. Originally- this harness has a BLUE TAG inspection- authorized for actual use. But since it was surplus out, assume the government did tamper with this in some way- showing signs of rips and cuts. The leg straps and/or buckles have been cut/stripped by the government to make them inoperable, but great for costume or display. One size fits most.
