RARE World War 2 USAAF Tanker Jacket Large Winter Combat Army Air Forces Conmar
RARE World War 2 USAAF Tanker Jacket – no tagged size, fits around a large, but please refer to measurements below. One of the best designed military jackets of all time, this World War 2 Tanker Jacket was worn by Lt. Colonel William Hugh McWhorter Jr. McWhorter joined the Army Air Corps in 1939 and served until his death in 1949. Wounded in combat he was awarded the Purple Heart. Some pilots preferred this jacket for its warmth and ease of movement over their A-2. Likely dated from 1942-44 (when the B-10 was issued). The condition is incredible for its age. Some staining to the shell, some light wear to the wool collar, cuffs, waistband and lining, but no rips or tears. The Conmar Keyhole zipper works beautifully and has zero issues. Features USAAF patch on the shoulder. A great piece for any World War 2 collection! I’ve tried to accurately describe and photograph the item, however, some variation in color may occur. Please contact me with any questions or if you’d like additional photos. Pit to Pit – 25 1/2. Shoulder – 19 1/2. Sleeve – 23 1/2. Length – 24 1/2. USA – FREE (And insured for the full value). Hammond Organ C-3 G Airforce model Military World wide shipping
Hammond 1956 C-3 G Organ # 63444. This was made for the Air Force, by Hammond Organ co. This has an internal monitor speaker. Starts, runs, and plays, but could use some updating/cleaning. Has a few light scratches, and missing some veneer. The bench needs some repair, see photos. From what I have found online… In the C-3G the preamplifier is the same as in the C-3. A small auxiliary amplifier drives the monitor speaker. In both Models C-2G & C-3G, B+ voltage from the tone cabinet is required to make the monitor speaker operative. Organ is complete with original Bench, pedals, & back plate not shown. Included is gas, tolls, driver, loading, and unloading based on roundtrip. I can make the crate. Vintage US Army Air Force Military M1 Helmet Liner World War II Vietnam RARE
Up for sale here we have a Vintage US Army Air Force Military M1 Helmet Liner. We found this piece at a recent estate sale. We know very little to nothing about it. We researched for a very long time since the markings on the strap are too difficult to read. From what we can tell this is a M1 helmet liner. We do not know what era this is from. We found the insignia on the front and it told us this was a US Army Air Force insignia. It also stated that this specific one could be from the 40s or 50s. Of course we don’t know how long they used it for, so we don’t know if this was from World War II or Vietnam. We think it is a M1 Helmet Liner, that is the best match we could make with photos we found of similar helmet liners. You will receive exactly what you see in the photos and as is. The height of the helmet is about 7″, front to back is about 10 5/8″, and side to side is 8 1/4. We couldn’t find any other helmets with a painted insignia like this. We only found patches like the insignia. Please view all photos for a better view at contents and condition. If you have any questions please feel free to ask and we will do our very best to answer. We will be happy to answer any question that you may have. We sell mostly used and vintage items. We always reveal any and all issues with each item to the very best of our knowledge. Thank you very much for visiting and we hope you come back soon. The item “Vintage US Army Air Force Military M1 Helmet Liner World War II Vietnam RARE” is in sale since Friday, August 3, 2018.
