Item is well made and in good preowned condition; HOWEVER, there are some surface scratches and small dings… (please see photos for condition)… Item is beautifully adorned in the form of a sterling silver nurses pin. The pin features an “N” which is wonderfully highlighted brown enamel, the N is set on a caduceus which features the classic two snakes and large outstretched wings. The pin features the embossed feathers of the wings. The pin is well made and in good condition. Item measures approx 2 1/16″ long by 13/16″ tall and weighs 9.8 grams.
