FEATURES ORIGINAL INSIGNIA INCLUDING BRITISH MADE BULLION EMBROIDERED LIEUTENANT BARS, 8th ARMY AIR FORCE PATCH & U. ARMY AIR FORCE PILOT WINGS. THE 361st FIGHTER GROUP PROVIDED SUPPORT MISSIONS FOR THE 1944 INVASION OF NORMANDY FRANCE. CZAPLA FLEW 270 COMBAT HOURS WITH THE UNIT AND IS CREDITED FOR ONE ENEMY AIRCRAFT DESTROYED.
