This is a nice USAF P-4A Flight Helmet with period MS-22001 Oxygen Mask. The helmet is marked size large and mask is a medium. The helmet is in exceptional condition with headphones, nice visor, edge roll, straps and suspension harness. The mask has some problems, mainly with the hose. I may be able to include a new hose. The rest is fair with good straps and hardware. Pretty cool set of headgear. Ships to US only at 6 lb. Make sure to checkout my other listings for more vintage flight gear.
