HAT SIZE APPROX 7 TO 7 1/8. JACKET SIZE 40R, FAINT DATE, LOOKS LIKE 01.12.43. BLOUCH IDENTIFIED UNDER SWEATBAND. BLOUCH (1910 – 1988). Blouch was a chaplain at several churches throughout Allentown and Lebanon in his career. A graduate of Lebanon Valley College, he also studied at United Theological Seminary, Harvard University, and the Carlisle Barracks. During World War II Blouch served as chaplain for the 456th Bomb Group of the 15th Air Force in several theaters. In 1953 Blouch retired as chaplain of the 28th Division.
