This Lot Includes Everything Pictured. 2- Patches – 1 Patch Representing the “Flying Tigers” Insignia and 1 US Army Bullion Patch 1 – Patch/Mirror – Reads: Army Air Force – Miami Beach FLA with the Flying Tigers Symbol – Opposite Mirror. 1 – Large Screw Back Gold Tone WWII US Army Medallion Hat Badge Pin – Stamped: AMCRAFT METAL. 2 – Gold Tone Army Eagle Cuff links – Bright and Shiny – Unmarked 2 – Gold Tone Army Eagle Screw Back Pins/Tacks – Worn and Darkened – Unmarked 1 – Original 14th Division Air Force Flying Tigers Membership Card – Signed by the Secretary (name is Covered for privacy) 1 – 10K Lapel Double Pin with Chain, Stamped – 1/20 10K Gold Filled – along with a Symbol In the Shape of a Shield – Unable to the Identify Maker. The Other Pin is Stamped – 1/20 10K GF. One Pin Reads “United States Army” The Other is the United States Army Crest – Both Faces of the Pieces are Excellent, They Hold a High Strong Relief Detail and Bright Red, White and Blue Enamel Colors. The Reverse Side of Both of these Pieces are Darkened and and the Chain has Separated From it’s Original Base Link. The Locking Hinge on One Pin is Missing. The Makers Markings are Sharp and Perfectly Legible. Suspect the Darkening on the Backs of these Pins is From Having Displayed on the Soldiers Uniform. None of these Pieces have been Cleaned. Here is scarce original WW2 Nationalist Chinese Air Force officers dagger with its original scabbard. Measures 11 3/4 inches in the scabbard and dagger itself measures 10 1/2 inches. Just surfaced here locally at the estate of a China Burma India theater Army Air Force vet. Very nice original untouched condition. Retains most of its silver finish as well as the chrome plating on the scabbard and blade. Has both of the red glass eyes intact as well as the original leather washer. From what I could fine online in my research AVG Flying Tiger pilots also were presented with these daggers. Grand piece of WW2 history. Please look at all pictures to establish condition.
