Early APH-5 helicopter pilot helmet made by Gentex Corporation. It has a thick foam rubber edge roll similar to the US Navy APH-5. The headset is an H-75C/AIC and the microphone is an M-33/AIC. Nice and original olive drab paint. It is missing the visor. This sale includes the original carrying bag. Both the bag and the helmet are identified with the name “Wujek”. The foam rubber edge roll is in poor condition. The bag zipper is broken. The weight of this helmet w/ bag is 6Lbs 8Oz.
