Air force MBU-12/p aircrew oxygen mask. The mask is a size Long and shows signs of wear from flight use. There are no cracks in shell but it is missing the communications microphone. Mask is dated 88, 89, and 90 it comes with J bayonets, valve, communications cord and lower hose and connector will display well with your 1980 era helmet.
