US Navy Pilots Handbook Jet. A rare and valuable handbook used by Jet pilots in the U. Air Force and Navy Air Force during the 1950s. The manual has been ink stamped with. I believe is it’s date of issue, (1957 14th July) on the first page. The handbook is in excellent condition and is a must-have for collectors and aviation enthusiasts. Whether you are a veteran or simply interested in the history of aviation in the 1950’s, this handbook would make an interesting and superb addition to any collection. Loose leaf pages in original publications hardback binder, this manual measures approximately 21.2 cms x 12.5 cms. This publication contained specific instructions for pilots (at the time) and was intended as a quick reference guide for landing info at different airbases. A nice hard-to-find and rare surviving piece of WWII United States Air Force and Royal Air Force history, the manual is in lovely condition for its years, displaying light signs of use, age and related wear only. The reference manual has clean, undamaged covers and internal pages; numerous written notations on the flight log pages. Lease see pictures for details. Gannon Collections Series Nickel Silver Medallion. Mintage 1,500, struck in 1969. Combat planes that spans World War II to (1973). The obverse carries 3/4″ view of each classic while the reverse carries a “drawing board version of the plane from three angles. These coins are in handled condition and are definitely not near mint. I believe this is the whole set. I see other medals like this for sale individually don’t see the whole set though. Please contact me if you have any other questions.
