Here is an original USAF H-22/P jet pilot helmet complete with MT-2189 mic and Sierra MBU5/P oxygen mask with bayonet fittings. All original to helmet. Helmet is in very good used condition with original paint. Used from the 1970’s to 1980’s. Great addition to any aviation or helmet collection.
