Beautiful tailor made WWII 20. Air Force captains gabardine Ike jacket. This jacket is 100% original and includes all the ribbons and bullion insignia. The jacket has a 20. One of the finest examples I have seen. There is a tag inside that reads: Regulation Form Fit by Amaco, Los Angeles. Overall condition is solid with a couple of very minor surface moth nips. No other damage, rips, or repairs. Across Chest (underarm to underarm) = 20 1/2 inches. Across Back (shoulder to shoulder) = 17 inches. Shoulder to end of sleeve = 24 1/2 inches. Wartime Thai (Thailand) tailor made USAF SPECTRE party suit with a large zipper front, directly embroidered on the right chest with a USAF SPECTRE insignia, the left chest has the name: JIM FITZGIBBON that is surmounted with Pilot Wings and Majors rank insignia. Named Wwii 8th Air Force Ike Jacket Tailor Made English Bullion Patch & Wings

Excellent find from a long term high quality military collection. This is the tailored ike Jacket of DFC recipient 1st Lt Jack L Spence a B-17 bombardier with the 509th squadron 351st bomb group his plane was named “the cocktail siren” Has great Bullion wing on blue wool background indicating being on an active combat crew. Excellent Brit made 3 place ribbon bar with DFC, air medal w 3 oak leaf clusters and 2 battle stars one bronze on silver. See photos of the bullion wing and patch under black light- no glow. Jacket is on the small to medium size if you want more specific measurements let me know.
