I’m not sure if the “1977” on the front is the date or if it holds another significance. I’m considering it used and is pre-owned. The gold tone on the rim, the lettering, numbers, and the logo are all in good condition with very little wear.
USAF 560th Strategic Fighter Squadron Patch printed on “Naugahyde” a composite of a knit fabric backing and expanded polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic coating creating an artificial leather or “pleather”.
Our neon signs can be hung on walls or windows with chains and switches on the wires. Hang them up, plug them in, and display them anywhere you like. The colors are bright but not dazzling, and the appropriate brightness can create a comfortable atmosphere.
This cap badge is used but is in outstanding condition for its age. This USAF cap crest dates from 1950 to about 2000 when the USAF Honor Guard was given its own insignia for identification.
