1950s US Air Force Strategic Air Command Colonels 99. Bomb Wing early type MA-1 nylon flight jacket. Fully patched with the Colonels name tape with 99. Bomb Wing patch on right chest & right shoulder. This is an early type MA-1 jacket with full-color wing & star on right shoulder, oxygen mask tab on chest, and chest snaps. There is a full-specification tag inside the neck. Original knit and zipper. Excellent condition with no rips, repairs or mothing. US Vietnam Era Air Force Officer’s Named Colonel’s Lightweight Jacket Coat Pilot
For sale here is a US Vietnam Era Air Force Officers Lightweight Jacket. The jacket feels like it is made of polyester and poplin. The jacket has a clutch back GI marked Colonels Eagle on each epaulette. The jacket has a functional General zipper and two front slash pockets. The coat is in great condition with only light signs of wear and minimal soiling. Inside the jacket is unlined and has a makers tag that states that the jacket was made by Vanderbilt Shirt Co. In 1976, and is 42R. The jacket is named to the famous fighter pilot Colonel Skanchy. The measurements are below for your convenience. Armpit to armpit: 21. Top to bottom: 25.
