This is for a large matted and framed limited edition print. It was done to commemorate the USAF 50th Anniversary at Tinker AFB. I believe this to be from 1997. It is signed in pencil by the artist RT Foster and is number 53 of 200. Print features planes back to WW2 and notable Air Force personnel associated with Oklahoma. In addition to the artist, it is autographed in pencil by Dr. Sheila Widnall (Secretary of the Air Force), Gen. Ronald Fogleman (Chief of Staff of the Air Force), Gen. James E Hill (WW2 Ace and NORAD Commander), BGen. Robinson Risner (Korean War Ace and Vietnam POW), and LTGEN Thomas P Stafford (Gemini and Apollo Astronaut). It is professionally framed and double matted. Frame is roughly 26×34 inches. Matt has some spots and a ghost where a name plate was removed (see pictures).
