Here is another named uniform grouping from my collection that is to a vet that served with the 14th Army Air Force in the China Burma India theater of World War Two. Included is the vets WWII dated class A 100% wool uniform jacket, with nice cut-edge 14th AAF and CIB patches on either shoulder, outstanding early war green on black wool Tech Sargent chevrons, 5 overseas bars (embroidered on felt) and a service stripe. Also adorning the jacket is a Ruptured Duck patch, Presidential Unit Citation (pin-back), U. & Army Air Corps enlisted collars brass discs (with correct smooth clutch holders), 3 place ribbon bar w/ American Defense, Pacific Campaign (large silver star for 5 battles) & WWII Victory (w/ bronze battle star), a single Air Medal ribbon with Oak Leaf Cluster, and a beautiful frosted pair of (sterling silver marked) Aerial Gunner wings. The vets jacket is still in beautiful condition and will display nicely in any WWII collection, and still has all of its buttons, and a Q. Tag dated April 1, 1941 Size 38L. The jacket also has the vets last name and his laundry number stamped and written in more then one place inside, and has no moth damage or major stains that I see.
