1960s Large 25 F102 USAF Desk Model Convair General Dynamics, Blaine Electronic. Rare extra large conference table sized USAF contractor desk model of the F102 Interceptor jet aircraft. Produced for the Convair division of General Dynamics in the 1960s by Blaine Electronics of a heavy resin like plastic on a metal stand. Aircraft approx 25 long with a 14.5 wingspan, and approx 14 high on stand. Fresh from a fine old Denver estate, and offered with No Reserve. Look closely at photos for the best idea of overall condition. There is some losses to the resin at nose where antennae is inserted and loss to one wing tip. Some minor and light yellowing surface discoloration and wear to decals. The stand decal is lost with old gum remnant. And the ball joint attaching plane to stand has a replacement screw, hold well but screw with a different thread size from original.
