This is an original Vietnam War helo pilot flight suit. It is named to Gregory W. Phillips on the leather nameplate along with senior pilot wings. The suit has patches on it that match with a man named Gregory W Phillips who was a USAF helo pilot in Vietnam. He passed away in 2004 as listed on the Vietnam Helicopter Pilots Association website. The suit is size 44L and it is in very good, used condition with a repair on the rear, left shoulder but otherwise it is solid. I believe the Pedro patch is for the 38. Rescue Squadron but I couldnt find anything on his duty assignments with a quick search. This offer includes his Search and Rescue slouch hat Size 7 3/4. This could be a notable worthwhile historical museum piece with a little more research on the pilot. Dont be afraid to make an offer. The worst that can happen is we dont agree on a price.
