Vietnam War USAF L-2B Flight Jacket KC-135 Patches 100 Missions Kadena AB Japan This is a Vietnam War era USAF L-2B flight jacket from a KC-135 air crewman. It was manufactured in 1967 and is a Size Large. The 909th Air Refueling Squadron was based at Kadena Air Base and flew missions in support of the air war in Vietnam. Besides the squadron patch the jacket also has two one hundred mission patches. The jacket looks good and is in nice wearable condition. The knit cuffs look like they were replaced a long time ago and have had sewn repairs made to them, but they are solid. This is a really great old flight jacket. For sale is a Resume of 20th Air Force Missions of WWII. This book was published in 1969. It is a complete detailed summary of each B-29 Bombing Mission flown against the Empire of Japan in 1944 throught 1945. Each summary shows the number, code name and date of the mission. As well as the details of the actual mission: participating unit, number of aircraft, time over target, aircraft lost and bombing results. The book is used, some minor fraying of the rear cover.
