WWII Era USAAF Army Air Force Bailout Survival Emergency Fishing Kit – RARE. This kit includes several fishing lines, fishing hooks of different sizes and other fishing tackle. Also included is the original fishing instruction sheet. These are all contained in a HBT Canvas Roll. There are no markings or dates visible on the canvas roll. There are some rust spot on the canvas. Please see photo’s for condition. These would be part of the emergency bailout kit used in AAF Fighters and Bombers during WWII. Check out my other items. This is a nice used example. It shows the rust that is normally seen. The flocking / fuzzy texture is intact and fuzzy. The overall green shade is present, but is headed to brown from the rust. The ear cups/flaps show rust as is most typical for these helmets. Only one felt pad is intact. The liner is nice and intact without damage. The chinstrap intact and functioning, but shows a a spot of fraying. Not pristine, but better than 80% of the ones encountered. Up for sale is a VERY RARE Marx pressed steel U. Air Force Radio Jeep wit original box! This piece is very hard to find in this shape. It is only missing 1 piece which is the gun that mounts next to the radio dish. The turret is there but the gun is missing. Everything else is there and in really nice shape. The only damage is the right front bumper is bent in. I assume this happened a very long time ago as I picked this from a collector that had this sitting on a shelf untouched fro 30+ years. The bumper could be straightened if done right. Otherwise the paint is in amazing shape with only a couple of small spots. These are always missing the men and accessories but luckily all that is missing is the gun. The box is in remarkable shape as well. You will be hard pressed to find a better one.
