Condition: New, Sealed HOWEVER it seems that a small amount of dust or corrosion from Wick or some part of the lighter is floating around in the plastic. It may have just been dust from the outside that made it’s way in. Either way I did not open the plastic to check but rather tried to photograph it. The metal does not appear to be corroded or discolored in any way.
