The insignias show a reflection, they are NOT damaged. Included is the Mather Air Force Base Training of Candidates booklet w/photos of Officers, photos of the Pilot next to his airplane, his name tag, and Rank insignias from 2nd Lt. Colonel and the Plaque with the Horse shoe and wings. You get the entire collection as seen in pictures I have provided. A great addition to your Aviation collection and worthy of further research.
