Aviation and Military Collectibles. US Air Force Issued N-3B Air Crew Heavy Jacket / Cold Weather Parka. MFG by Southern Athletic Co. Very Good Used Condition. Very Warm, Long Fitting Jacket. 1964 Vintage Air Force Issue. Knit Cuffs (which are hidden inside the bottom of the sleeve) – Excellent Lining – Excellent, the label is only sewn in by 2 stitches, and it has’174735′ and’Large’ written on the lining below. Zipper – Excellent Hood Lining – Genuine Coyote Fur / Excellent Exterior of the Jacket – Very Good / some staining here and there, the right sleeve has a few holes. (see pic) Buttons and Snaps – none missing / all function Drawstrings – One inside waist drawstring is missing, hood drawstrings are missing. Air Force Decal – not present. Air Force Decal on the Left Shoulder although it is quite faded. The waistband and cuffs are in excellent condition, and the lining is perfect. Zippers are in great shape and all function. There is red discoloring here and there on the jacket, most noteably behind the fur lining on the top of the hood. Very Warm, Long Fitting Jacket. 1950`s Vintage Air Force Issue. Knit Cuffs (which are hidden inside the bottom of the sleeve) – Excellent Lining – Excellent, has the word’Sholder’ stamped on it. Zipper – Excellent Hood Lining – Genuine Coyote Fur / has a 3 inch spot in the center where the hair is short and is beginning to seperate. Exterior of the Jacket – Very Good / some staining here and there, the right sleeve has a few holes. (see pic) Buttons and Snaps – none missing / all function Drawstrings – Inside waist drawstring is missing, hood drawstrings are present and working.
