This listing for this early L2-B mil j 7448c US Air Force Flight Jacket mfg. By The Skyline Clothing Corp Very desirable and very collectible. This is a real one! This jacket is all original and authentic. Mfg by Skyline for the US Gvt. Incredibly fantastic and very, very original! It is a men’s size extra large. It hasn’t any snags or holes The cuffs and bands do show wear (photoed). There are no rips, tears or holes in the jacket itself and all of the zippers and snaps are in perfect working condition. This is a very nice, solid, post atomic era model that can be proudly worn or displayed. Please see photos for actual condition. Please feel free to ask questions. This jacket shows wear at the collar, and cuffs, but these appear to be all original and extremely nice and wearable as is. This ring is very nicely detailed with American eagle , airplane , pilots wings and propeller. This large man’s ring is slightly worn but still shows sharp detail and wonderful color. Inside band reads Jostens 10K. The center of this ring features a large red garnet. The garnet is a smooth cut and beautiful but has been scratched. A good jeweler could polish this back to its original glory. This ring is quite heavy and weighs in at a whopping 14 grams. I don’t know the ring size but I carefully measured the diameter of the inside of the band and it is exactly 3/4 of an inch. I feel I have taken very good pictures and accurately described the condition and due to the type of object it. Please look at pictures closely. It will be carefully packed and insured. WWII Norden Bomb-sight GYRO Type M7 U. Army Air Forces Data Placard Excellent. Very scarce and historically significant, this Norden Bombsight. M-7 Vertical Flight Gyro is in amazingly good condition. You see many of the sights but not so many of these. Positioned near the aircraft’s center of gravity, the flight gyro, part of the complex autopilot system used in WWII bombers, served as a vertical reference for controlling the ailerons an elevator of the aircraft. The course for the autopilot was set by the bombardier through the use of the Norden Bombsight, which provided stable and level flight for bombing runs. This was used on the B-17, B-24 and B-29 aircraft during WWII. This is extremely heavy weighing 17 lbs 12 oz. The item “WWII Norden Bomb-sight GYRO Type M7 U. S.
