Here is an amazing collection of memorabilia from the estate of U. Air Force Colonel Richard P. Keirn was one of only 2 United States service members to be shot down and be a prisoner of war in both WWII and Vietnam and he made it home from both. Included in this lot is his WWII dress coat, Vietnam era flight suit, original pictures, a German POW camp currency note, military records and MIA / POW captured status documents, letters and envelopes he received while in captivity, his personal list of names of other fellow POW’s, an award he received from the Governor of Florida, newspaper and other articles about him, his Air Force report cards, an Air Force mug he received, and a copy of the book he wrote “Old Glory”. This is an absolutely awesome collection from a true American hero!
