I cant name who worn this jersey due to NCAA rules, but only thing i can give out is that he is still on the team and their starting QB. The jersey is made by Nike and size Medium. This jersey show some nice game wear and he worn it in two games! Navy on Oct 3, and Army on Dec 19. Stats that he worn this jersey. Navy- 4/9 for 41 yards passing and 10 carries for 96 yards with one TD. Army- 6/14 for 107 yards passing with one TD and 10 carries for 61 yards. The numbers, letters, and patches are sewn on! Authentic WWII USAAF Heavy Duty. B-15 Nylon Flight Jacket. The B-15 flight jacket became the standard issue flight jacket of the USAAF in 1944. My dad may have worn it during his service in WWII, when he was stationed on the ground in freezing temperatures. Or he may have bought it shortly after the war. He wore it through many cold winters after the war. Durable satin nylon shell. High wraparound synthetic mouton fur collar. Front zipper with leather pull. Wind flap under the zipper. Wool knit waistband and cuffs. 4 slant pockets with snap fasteners, 2 outside and 2 inside, lined in cotton muslin. Additional strap on back of collar to secure the neck area. Zippered combination utility or pen pocket high on upper left arm. Lined with heavy insulation for protection against cold weather. Oxygen mask retention tab. Air Forces insignia transfer on upper left sleeve, now covered with a different patch. Made in the USA starting in 1944. Inside tab under collar for hanging up jacket. Color olive drab, a little faded. Stamped inside jacket beneath collar: U. AIR FORCES with 5 pointed star and wings. Generally in very good wearable condition considering age and wear. Stitching and collar in excellent condition. Front zipper easy to zip with original leather pull tab. Soil, a few spots, some small holes in knit cuffs and waistband. One small hole in nylon, left back. Original insignia transfer on left arm covered with a stitched-on coat-of-arms applique. Length from top of shoulder seam to bottom hem 28-1/2″ front and 28″ back. Width side seam to side seam, under the arms 24. Shoulder to shoulder in the back 20. Weight of jacket: 3 pounds. Size Medium (My dad was 5’9, 155 pounds; the jacket fit him perfectly); no size shown in jacket. The item “Authentic WWII U. S. Thank you very much for your interest in this very nice item. L-2B USAF Flight Jacket. VERY RARE in this CONDITION. Out of our personal collection, and honestly the only item we saw in this condition in all the years of collecting. This is a genuine and original L2-B USAF Flight Jacket. It is the lighter weight version, has snap-down epaultes and no inside pockets. The jacket is contract dated 12. September 1962 and is in a rare and nice condition! The Conmar doublesided zip works perfectly nice and smooth. The Zips ending got no damage nor fading. The collar and the lower hem got no mothholes nor any other damage. The size is Medium (Sadly sadly too small for us). Defects as we are aware of. The jacket is in used condition but given to its age it is still very nice. The cuffs have broken middle seams and a small tiny hole at the endge (both can by repaired easily). There is a small little hole in the nylon at the backside shoulder (please see the picture). There are some small stains at the front and the backside, hardly visible, but a dry cleaning should do the job. Genuine US government issue. Made from a nylon outside and wool/viscose mix material for the inside. All buttons are there. Zip is working perfecltly. We try our best to point each single defect, but still we do NOT GUARANTEE for anything! Brand: US Air Force. Year of contract: 1962. Style : Light Flight Jacket. Measurement, taken while laying flat. Pit to pit: 55 cm / Armlength on the outside: 54 cm / backside collar to hem: 60 cm – Fits like a Medium! You are welcome to ask any additional questions. Army Air Force A-2 Leather Jacket 389th Fighter Squadron. You are witnessing one of the greatest versions of the A-2 jacket series that were popular among soldiers and pilots in the 1940s during World War 2. This specific jacket was produced in 1942 by the Aero Leather Clothing Co. With an issue of 50,000 units. Obviously what is special about this particular jacket besides the beautiful wear, is the hand painted graphic on the backside representing the 389th Fighter Squadron. The 389th Fighter Squadron flew combat in the European Theatre of Operations from March 14, 1943 to May 3, 1945. The European Theater of Operations, United States Army (ETOUSA) was a theater of Operations responsible for directing US army operations throughout the European theater of WW2 from 1942 – 1945. There are 30 yellow missiles painted underneath the Eagle which symbolizes the number of missions the pilot flew/completed. Youll notice there are 2 red emblems on both sides of the Eagle that depict the German Nai Party. PLEASE NOTE these two symbols did not intend to promote German influence/success but rather were painted for a token of honor for the pilot. The man who wore this jacket shot down at least 2 German Nai planes during his service.. Maybe even more that were not documented. This jacket was originally owned by Russel P. Blackie, who enlisted in 1942 at only 21 Years old. Allegedly, he flew a B52 plane while completing missions all over Europe. Please see all pictures for jackets condition. The natural wear on this jacket is amazing. The original brown cowhide has worn down in some areas to a nice patina. The sleeves have the most wear, in some areas nearly showing the raw suede. The painted graphic on the back has some surface wear but still pops in color and is very clear. The zipper is made by Talon and still zips up fine! Although, the zipper end tab on the (wearers) bottom left side of the jacket is tearing slightly by the cotton fabric. The collar snaps and hook are fine and still open and close. The cuffs on the sleeves are pretty thrashed, please see pictures! Both front pockets: the stitching of the tops of the pockets are coming undone. AUTHENTIC VINTAGE WW2 MILITARY LEATHER JACKET TYPE A-2 POUGHKEEPSIE NY. I believe this is a WW2 era flight jacket. The jacket is 100% authentic and shows lots of wear and history. The front chest has a spot where a large patch was removed at some time. The back has a few spots that have been sewn / repaired….. Probably several decades ago. Vintage May 1969 USAF military Benrus DTU-2A/P watch. Very rare model in great condition. Military watch collectors who knows Benrus model will defiantly recognize this version. I believe this is particular watch was issued to USAF pilots in late 1960’s to early 70’s before GG-W-113 version was introduced. This version is also lumed at 12 o’clock, T marking at 12′, contract/serial #’s at 6 o’clock position. Original in natural patina condition. Case, movement, dial, hands and crown are all original. Also comes with original military strap in photo. In great original condition and keeps accurate time. It has awesome patina from being worn. Very reliable and made for everyday wear.
