A look into strategic military aviation during the Cold War. Storyline included the Boeing KC-97 Stratofreighter aerial refueling tanker. Stored folded as issued. Exceptionally well-preserved example of a rare and desirable Cold War aviation item. Typically, these were assembled at the theatre with cheap tape. This one is as issued. For display purposes, some collectors will attach the panels with a strip of archival, removeable mending tissue such as Lineco, readily available from Amazon; a reversable procedure that will stabilize the item without damage. Another option is professional linen mounting. Please Note: Movie paper was primarily a cheap form of advertising for the movie, meant to be thrown away when the promotion was finished, typically the cheapest quality ink and paper was used.
