Spiewak & Sons USAF A-2 Type Leather Flight Jacket size chest 42 chest. This particular model was is made from the desirable thick supple cowhide leather tanned in USAF brown with a military brown inside lining. Really ideal for both smart or casual occasions and great on a summers night! I would say the quality is as good as or probably better than Avirex, now becoming very collectable a bargain for someone. 100% genuine leather tanned in wartime USAF brown. Brown satin inside lining. Two front patch pockets. Two side hand warmer pockets. Heavy duty waist band and cuffs. Please view jacket measurements below which are taken laid flat and zipped up. Shoulder seam to shoulder seam = 19 inches. Underarm to underarm = 22 inches. Shoulder seam to end of cuff = 24 inches. Underarm to end of cuff = 17 inches. Collar seam to bottom = 25 inches. The leather has no rips or tears just signs of the usual general casual wear with a few small marks but overall in great condition. The cuffs and waist band are in good worn condition, zip functions perfectly and no holes in the pockets. The inside lining is in good condition. Overall in good vintage condition.
