The product is an original US Army Air Force B-4 Colonel’s garment bag suitcase in good shape. It is a piece of militaria specifically designed for high-ranking officers in the United States Army Air Force. This suitcase was l used to transport and protect a colonel’s uniforms and garments while on duty. Made in the United States, this item is a genuine original period piece that reflects the history and importance of military personnel during that time. Has light wear and scratches to finish has some staining in areas. Still a great bag. Comes from 30 +year veteran through Vietnam then pentagon duty for 22 years until retired.

Up for sale today is an Original WWII U. Army Air Forces B-4 Suitcase named to a Lieutenant Paul B. Willingter of the U. This one was made by the Knight Leather Products Company early in the war. This vintage suitcase is still in excellent condition. There are no rips, tears, holes or damage anywhere on it or in it. There is however some minor wear around the edges of it though, but none of this is bad by any means. All of the brass zippers are in perfect working order, as are all of the snaps. The grommets are all firmly attached everywhere. The leather handle is still in excellent, damage free condition. Overall this suitcase is still very clean both inside and out. The original stenciling is still nice and dark. It was perfectly centered on both sides by Lieutenant Willingter, giving this suitcase an excellent vintage war-time look. These early war B-4 canvas and leather suitcases are getting very hard to find in this nice of condition. This one is sure to make a great addition to your collection. Our home is smoke free. This is a WWII era canvas suitcase, app. 35 inches long overall (folds in half) and 25 inches wide. Has two outside pockets and one large interior pocket. Tag riveted to bag reads Genuine Service-Pak… Bag is stamped in multiple locations Talmage G. And with serial number. Has luggage tag for Mr. One side of bag is embroidered. Condition – bag shows wear/staining; leather is dry; zippers work (stiff); someone removed 2 of the names in the embroidery; see pics. Items can be picked up in person at our office.
