VINTAGE USAF UNITED STATES AIR FORCE NAMED COLLECTION COLONEL SHIRLEY FONTES. It is extremely RARE for a Woman to make it to Colonel! I was able to do a little research into Colonel Shirley Fontes and I came up with a horrible, grimm detail. It looks like in 2010 this great woman was murdered by her step-son. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA BATTERY OPERATED AIRPLANE USAF LARGE TIN 60s WORKS 19 MADE IN JAPAN. Here is a very large tin and plastic United States Airforce 1 airplane # 26000. The plane is 19 inches long by 17.5 inches wide wingspan. There is a crack on top of the left wing just off the battery chamber, hard to see when the top and bottom are together. The plane does work, at times a little sluggish. The two front lights works and the landing gear works when you hold the plane in hand and push the red button on top. Has all 4 engines. The battery compartment is clean. There is some light scratching here and there, there are a couple of very slight dings on the metal. All the bottom wheels are in great shape and work. I have had this plane since 1998, it’s rather hard to get complete and working. Please ask any questions that you may have. The free listing tool. RARE VINTAGE WW2 US ARMY AIR FORCE A-N 6530 AVIATORS PILOT GOGGLES W BLOOD STAIN

This is an original pair of US Air Force aviator pilots goggles made by American Optical. On each corner of the lenses is the AO logo with a upside down triangle and a 1 etched into the lenses. The goggles have lenses with a greenish tint, metal frame and a leather mask and a nylon elastic strap. On the front bridge of the goggles they are marked: A-N 6530. The googles are used with wear such as finish and some pitting on the metal, scratches on the lenses, the leather mask part shows use wear like rubbing, scratches, stains etc. The elastic strap as seen in the photos has bloodstains and other use wear. They may have seen some brutal combat. This is fresh from an estate and they have not been cleaned, as found condition. This is just a superb vintage aviators goggles in great original condition. Some rust on the of the helmet inside & on the inside of the ear flaps. Also a spot of rust on the outside, it can be seen in the first & fifth photo. Some sticker residue on the outside of the ear flaps. One ear cover is miss it’s felt liner. I took the webbing out to take some pictures & put it back in. Chin strap & snap good.
