Vintage GE General Electric Co. USAF Turkey Patch AN/FPS-17(XW-1) AN/FPS-79







This is a extremely rare original & authentic 1950’s-1960’s United States Military Armed Forces & General Electric Company – Pirinçlik Air Base Sewned Patch/Badge. Given to those home was part of the (GE) VHF AN/FPS-17 radar development Program. Featuring the General Electric Company (GE blue LOGO), the AN/FPS-17 and AN/FPS-79 radar systems embroidery, Pirinçlik Common Defense Installation – Diyarbakir, Turkey and a beautiful embroidery Radar system design. The AN/FPS-17 Space Surveillance Radar developed by the Rome Air Development Center (RADC) was the first surveillance radar system designed to detect objects in space. {note} this was a top secret program at the time that GE didnt make public. And this is just one of the many Military & (GE) General Electric Co. Items that was left to me by father whom worked for GE and on this project while serving is duty in the Air Force USAF. The patch is an original item from the period Cold War 1950’s-1960’s (late)era and was made by GE in Türkiye for our US Armed Forces that was stationed and part of the program. It is a unique collectible for militaria enthusiasts and those interested in vintage electronics. The patch is in great shape and ready to be added to any collection.

General Edwin Rawlings USAF Custom TAI PING Rug Luke Brooks Field Air Force GM










This is a one of a kind Custom Rug or carpet made of 100% Virgin Wool Pile by Tai Ping Custom Carpets in Hong Kong. It measures 82 inches long by 3 feet wide. It is absolutely gorgeous! This custom made rug commemorates the life of 4 Star General. Later in his second career, he became President and then Chairman of the Board of General Mills Cereal. Rawlings (1904 – 1977). General Rawlings is credited with the company’s “G” logo still used today. He was also a board member of a half dozen corporations including Weyerhaeuser Co. He helped the Air Force and US Department of Defense acquire its first computer in 1946. He was a Minnesota native and earned his Master’s degree from Harvard University in 1939. General Rawlings was inducted to Minnesota Avaition Hall of Fame in 1992. He went to Brooks Field, Texas in 1932. He went to Wright Field, Dayton Ohio in September of 1935. He was promoted to Brigadier General in 1945. He retired in 1945 to begin his second career with General Mills. All of the significant events are commemorated in this gorgeous custom rug by the sought after Tai Ping Hong Kong LTD. It is in excellent condition but does have some age discoloration as pictured on the back. This is the opportunity to own a very rare piece of American Military Air Force History, as well as General Mills Cer eal and a sought after Tai Ping custom carpet. 2012 Rare Philippines Armed Forces Chief Of Staff General Eduardo Oban Jr Coin




2012 RARE 42nd PHILIPPINES ARMED FORCES CHIEF OF STAFF GENERAL EDUARDO OBAN JR COIN. Served as Chief of Staff for Philippine Armed Forces from March-December 2011. Eduardo San Lorenzo Oban Jr (born 13 December 1955) is a graduate of the Philippine Military Academy Class of 1979 and the former Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines. His term as chief of staff began on March 6, 2011 when he succeeded General Ricardo David and ended when he was succeeded by General Jessie Dellosa. On February 22, 2014, Oban was appointed by President Aquino to head the Visiting Forces Agreement Commission. Oban played a major role in the negotiation with Magdalo rebels involved in the Oakwood mutiny in 2003. He also served as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Plans, J5, and is viewed by many as the perfect back-stop for Former Philippine Air Force (PAF) Chief Lt. General Oscar Rabena, a member of PMA Class 1978 who was also the top AFP planner before he was named to lead the 17,000-strong major service command. Condition: Used, and in nice shape. Please look closely for possible edge wear, surface wear, scuffs, scratches, scrapes, dings, chips, dents, divots, bent, color loss, enamel loss, oxidation, patina, soiling, or corrosion. Vintage Ninth Air Force & USAF Tactical Air Command Plaques From 3 Star General Estate. This came from an estate sale and had belonged to USAF Lieutenant General Marvin Leonard McNickle. The Large Plaques measure 18″ across and 18″ high. These may have hung in an office at one point. The back of the plaques have the name of the LT Colonel who probably these were given by. Plaques show lots of dust over from storage and some scuffs / scratches / dings / dents and marks over. Please see all 24 Pics.
