What an incredible set. Havent been separated for nearly 80 years. This set is in nearly immaculate shape for the age. Most of the time, these were used and abused. This set on the other hand was very well taken care of. Im offering this set from my personal curation of apparel, Hoping the right person comes along and loves this as much as I do. The fur inside of the hood and jacket is in amazing shape, its not shedding or peeling in any way. A missing button on the right shoulder where the flap connects from the arm to shoulder. A button missing on the left rear pocket of the pants, where the back pocket buttons shut. As well as a small hole less than the size of a dime right above that. On the right leg, part of the leather strap on the zipper has torn away. Very slight black discoloration on right sleeve of the jacket. Trying to be very straight forward with this! Even taking those imperfections into consideration, this set is in fantastic shape and is a true Miracle its made it this far in such great condition. Mens Vintage USAF A11 WW2 OD Green Fur Lined Flying Trousers 30′ x 30′ XR 9725. Vintage, WW2-era USAF type A-11 trousers in OD green colour way. Features include: 100% heavy-duty canvas cotton shell, alpaca wool lining and original’Army Air Forces’ insignia. These trousers also come complete with period Conmar and Talon zipper fastenings, and multiple utility pockets. Please be aware: this is a used piece of military clothing. We will detail any major areas of wear or staining however please expect most items to have small marks or wear not always detailed below. These wont detract from the look of the item. Mens 30 x 30. Please see below for specific measurements. Wear – Good, vintage condition. There are a couple of small rips c. 1cm in the cotton shell – on the seat and left calf – as well as the odd nick and scratch. The knitted ankle cuffs are also a little moth-eaten. Marks or Stains – The legs are generally discoloured and there is some staining on the right leg. There are also a number of small marks dotted around but the trousers still look really good for their age. The cotton has also aged really nicely giving the jeans a great, vintage look and feel. Please see images for. Pockets – 2 side / 2 right leg / 3 left leg / 2 back. Fastenings – Conmar/Talon/full-length zippers, poppers and buttons. All present and working. Lining – Alpaca wool.
