Cooper USAF Rare Real Horsehide Type A-2 USAF bomber jacket 42 Men’s Large
Cooper Front Quarter Horsehide Leather Type A-2 USAF bomber jacket Size 42 Men’s large??? . Get it here for less. Easily one of the most iconic flight jackets ever worn, the Type A-2 flying jacket has become as legendary as the U. Army Air Force Pilots and aircrew who wore them during World War II. The A-2’s origins go back many years before the war even began when it was introduced in 1931 as the replacement to the A-1 flight jacket previously worn by aviators during the 1920s. The A-2 was produced in large quantities through 1943 and would become prized possessions for pilots and aircrew who wore them even after the war was long over. This military-issue type jacket was designed and approved by the U. Air Force and made in the United States. The jacket shell is made of premium hand-stitched Horsehide. The jacket features dual knit cuffs and waist band along with a nylon interior lining. In addition, the jacket has a U. Air Force-regulation snap down leather lined collar, shoulder epaulets, two snap down pockets, a full-length brass zippered opening with integrated wind flap, a metal hook under the collar to fasten the top of the opening, and dark colored brass grommets under each armpit for ventilation. Men’s 36 size small! From a Non smoking environment. Heavy duty metal zip front. Snap button & hook collar. 2 front flapped patch pockets. Stretch waist and cuff bands really keep the cold out. Soft 100% genuine front quarterHorsehide leather exterior, nylon liner. EXCELLENT previously worn condition: No flaws, light signs of wear. Exterior looks perfect with only the lightest signs of wear on the stretch waistband. SIZE = 42 mens large. I’ll be more than glad to answer all of your questions related to this jacket.

Air Force Flight Helmet USAF P1 modified P-4A helmet A-14B oxygen mask real 1950
This set includes a U. Air Force P-1 modified P-4A flight helmet, A-14B oxygen mask, and helmet bag. Air Force introduced FRP hard-shell flight helmets with the P-1 in the early 1950s, followed by the P-2 in the mid-1950s, and in the mid-1950s, a movable visor was attached to the shell in place of the goggles that had been used with the helmet. This was the P-3. In the late 1950s, the new P-4 was introduced, and as the early P-1 and P-2 models became obsolete, the visor mechanism and headset receiver were modified by the military to the latest P-4A specifications. That is the specification of the helmet presented here. The distinguishing point of the modified version is that the AF decal on the front of the hard shell overlaps the rail of the visor mechanism, while the one produced as P-4A from the beginning has the AF decal moved to the side of the head. The inner harness is not marked with the model name, but is a replacement harness for modification. While the outer shell has some paint peeling and scratches, the inner harness, ear receivers, and oxygen mask clip tabs are in brand new condition with almost no signs of use. However, all of the tags, including the original tag, which should have been attached to the inside of the shell to indicate modified, are missing. The oxygen mask is an A-14, which was used from World War II, but the one combined with this piece is an improved A-14B produced at the end of the 1950s, which is also correct for the era. Damage includes the aforementioned paint peeling and scratches on the shell exterior, as well as the loss of one of the right side screws used to secure the visor to the frame, but this does not cause the visor to rattle. This is a rare authorized modification. The P-4A with a clean interior, almost unused after the modification, is a rarity. Also included is a helmet bag from the same era. This helmet bag is also rare. The mannequin head in the photo is for photo shooting and is not included in the product. We take note of serial numbers and images of evidence to prevent substitution. Top Gun U. S. Army Flight Jacket Stenciled G-1 Real Mouton 1952 Vintage RARE! 44
Army Flight Jacket Stenciled G-1 Real Mouton 1952 Vintage RARE! This is a G-1 flight jacket that I personally imported from the United States. The collar fur is real mouton. You can tell from the contract no. Monarch manufactured the 55J14, the predecessor of the G-1, and is regarded as an exquisite design and sewing among the many G-1s. In particular, this 1951 G-1 was the last G-1 for the Navy, and as such, the USN stencil on the back of the collar makes this year a milestone gem as the last flight jacket. As such, there are numerous reproductions, but this item is unmistakably authentic. The shape of the zipper and the maker are indicative of this. As for details, the waist ribs are single (one piece) with two different knitting techniques. There is damage to the sleeve ribs, but it is not noticeable as they shrink when worn. The size is 40 and the width is 55 cm. As a rough guide, I think it is a good size for those who measure their chest circumference from the outside of a sweatshirt, etc. And find it to be around 100 cm. By the way, the shoulder width in a straight line is 48. The length is 64. I think it is easy to understand if you compare it with the jacket you usually wear. The number of G-1s with USN stencil on the back of the neck has decreased considerably, even in the U. And they are not seen very often anymore. The leather is goatskin of the time. This goatskin is so waterproof that it is used for water bottles, and since it is not used for leather goods today, replicas are surprisingly expensive. The leather is in very good condition, with no hardened areas. G-1s from this era are becoming hard to find even in the U. So the price is a little high, but we think you will be satisfied. As you know, the G-1 became famous in the movie Top Gun. In the movie “Top Gun, ” Tom Cruise wears this flight jacket, which matches the material of the collar and the age of the film. Depending on the location, we may require a few additional days. We may use reused packing materials. We will deliver with care. International Buyers – Please Note. Thank you for your understanding.
